Withdrawal Instructions:
1. Parent/s must fill out and submit the official withdrawal request form, available at the School Admissions Department.
2. Parent/s must ensure that there are no outstanding school fees and the clearance / final report card from Student Affairs has been received.
3. Bring a copy of the latest/final report card and clearance from Accounts to be attached to the request form, if collected.
4. The withdrawal letter will be ready within 2 school working days, to be collected from School Admissions Department.
