· It is a rigorous and challenging two-year academic programme that leads to exams in six different subject areas.

· Beyond completing the courses, students are required to engage in community service, individual research, and an inquiry into the nature of knowledge.
DP students take classes in each of the six subjects. Three subjects must be taken at the Higher Level (HL) and three must be taken at the Standard Level (SL). HL and SL courses are challenging, HL courses simply cover more material. DP students must also complete the Core: Theory of Knowledge (TOK), Extended Essay (EE) and Creativity, Activity and Service (CAS).
Students who , for individual planning purposes, are not able to take the two-year Diploma Programme may request taking individual IB courses. This option is limited as first priority is given to the full Diploma Programme students.
